2.  Have your prescription info and doctor info ready for that call.

3.  We will send you the application for your signature, along with a postage-paid return envelope.

4.  We will notify you when your application has been approved, and we will send your policy by express mail.

5.  Once you receive your new policy, you will then have 30 days to make any adjustments you desire, or even get a full refund for any reason.
